I've been trawling through Friendster the social online network that all spans from my friend Simon Barber. Simon used to have mad coloured hair, a hippy bus, and do the trapeze. He is also a IT genius and co founder of Instant802 Networks in San Francisco. Through him I am connected to 46,267 people on Friendster, mind boggling to say the least.

 | The Nitro/UpFM free party was a blast. There are some wicked photos from Apollo at Hardhouse, in the Twisted Gallery, at NZ Rave, and Biggie: Set 1 - Set 2. We had a surprise visit from the gorgeous DJ Baxter which was lovely as we don't get to see him enough. We met Baxter at Staircase (a club on K’Rd) about a year ago. Chelfyn and I are both Baxters, and he’s become Whanau. I really miss my gay friends back in the UK but Baxter is filling that gap in my life. He's such a lovely guy, and an awesomely talented DJ. You can catch him playing most weekends at Kiss on K'Rd. |

Kitalin
When we got back from the UK Milo had a bald patch on his side. It was so square, I thought that someone might had shaved him for a laugh. It turns out that he missed us so much that he has been overgrooming. It's a stress related Obsessive Compulsive Disorder and the vet has prescribed Kitty Ritalin. I feel like a terrible parent. Thank goodness I'm not having kids!
P.S. The Kitty Ritalin just made him withdrawn so I left him to it. I just distracted him if I caught him over-grooming. After threats of making him wear a babygro or kitten lampshade, he finally grew out of it.
| Chelfyn and I have two kits - called Muff and Milo. They are Ragdolls and unlike any cats I have ever known. Big, fluffy bundles with beautiful blue eyes that don't scratch, love having their tummies rubbed and go floppy when you pick them up. They follow us round the house, and have never killed a fly, they just paw them for a while. |  |

Tidy Trax New Zealand
I've just heard that the Tidy Trax New Zealand launch will be on October 17th at Cube. They have Guyver coming over from the UK, and TMet have been booked to decorate and provide DJs for the second room. I really enjoy doing second rooms. It's fun creating a groovy space where people can get away from the hard dance in the main room, and listen to something funky. Second rooms are great social spaces where you can actually hold a conversation rather than screaming in someone's ear.
