Company reputation bigger than brands

By Karen Chan at the NZ Herald: "A company's reputation has more influence on customer loyalty than its brand image, a University of Auckland study of business markets has found."

    And the distinction between reputation and brand image is …? I would argue from a brand-management perspective that reputation is included among the brand enquiry, and is generally a measure derived from Aaker's brand equity.
