I was fortunate to talk to the wonderful Bob Harvey recently, proud Westie and Mayor of Waitakere Eco City. A stunningly beautiful area to the west of Auckland where I am lucky enough to live, full of artists, musicians, primaeval bush backdrops, and wild black sand beaches.
