Mohawk Media's ZeitGeist

I got back to Auckland yesterday to find out that the power had been out for 8 hours causing chaos on Monday. Nowhere near as bad as the blackout in 1998 that lasted weeks, and apparently had Billy Joel and Elton John offering generators from their world tours. I however completely missed it all as I've been helping a friend move into a new apartment in Northland, and had no net access, phone or TV for five days. I was too busy lugging boxes to miss being offline for so long, but thank heavens for the Ben Bova book I took with me.

I've also been busy cooking up a new NetTV project called ZeitGeist, which I will be unveiling in a few weeks. I normally keep things under wraps until they are ready but kind of forgot I was live on air recently, and before I knew it we were announcing Mohawk Media's upcoming net tv shows to the nation. We're aiming to start shooting in July and I'm really excited about it.

Chelfyn has been busy working on a TV1 documentary making 3D brains and groovy graphics. TMet label manager Justin Sane has been popping up on Kiwi TV & Radio as Mr Digital Music, and has organised himself an NZ tour in July/August and an Australian tour in November. He's also launching a new website soon at www.justinsane.co.nz
