Edward De Bono, originator of the concept of lateral thinking, claims that “there are two main uses for creativity: the first use is to do what you are doing in a better way”. He says that it is important to find alternative solutions to solve problems and, in particular, it is important to find the faster, easier and, of course, less expensive one.
