When I am mentoring entrepeneurs or small companies I encourage them to look for ways to automate, delegate or outsource regular tasks. At Mohawk Media we have started using Xero to send invoices, and manage our accounts.  I'm very happy to be able to get up to date financial reports with a few clicks, and feel a lot more in control over our finances.
